About The Role
You'll be responsible for outbound prospecting, speaking with business owners, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. All lead data is provided. Your primary focus is generating qualified booked appointments through outbound calling, follow-up, and consistent outreach activity. This role is best suited for someone who is highly self-motivated, competitive, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 150–250+ outbound calls to service-based businesses
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead updates
- Follow up with leads through phone, SMS, and email when needed
- Maintain consistent daily outreach activity and follow-up standards
- Work toward weekly performance targets and appointment-setting KPIs
- Communicate with leadership and closers to improve lead quality and conversions
- Represent the company professionally during all lead interactions
Compensation
- Commission-based compensation structure

Requirements
- Previous cold calling or sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners on the phone
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional call setup
- Fluent English communication
