5. Cross-Border Transfers

Personal information may be processed and stored on servers located outside of Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that such information may be subject to the laws of foreign jurisdictions, including lawful access by governmental authorities in those jurisdictions. We require all third-party processors to provide a comparable level of protection to that required under PIPEDA.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to (i) access the personal information we hold about you, (ii) request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, (iii) withdraw consent to our continued collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, and (iv) lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. 10. Children’s Privacy

The Site and Services are not directed to individuals under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we may delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
