As we continue scaling, we're looking for experienced and driven Sales Closers who are confident leading sales calls, handling objections, and consistently closing deals. This is a fully remote independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential and long-term growth opportunities for strong performers.

About The Role

You'll be responsible for speaking with qualified business owners, conducting discovery and sales calls, handling objections, and closing new clients. Our team handles lead generation and appointment setting — your primary focus is converting qualified opportunities into signed clients. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, communicates confidently, and performs well in a performance-driven role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls with qualified leads and business owners
  • Build trust and confidently present solutions during calls
  • Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Follow up with leads through phone, SMS, and email when needed
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates
  • Work closely with setters and management to maximize close rates
  • Consistently work toward weekly and monthly sales targets

Compensation

  • Commission-only compensation structure

Requirements

  • Previous sales closing experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable leading phone and Zoom sales calls as required
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and professional call setup
  • Fluent English communication
